Method:

 1 Blades Flour 250 g
Soft butter 125 g
 10 10 sec /
 2  Blades Very cold water 75 g
Salt 5 g
 10  5 sec /
LEAVE IN THE FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE USING IT
